How to make more money with paid survey apps: 9 practical tips

Can you actually make money with survey apps? Yes, but earning more from paid surveys usually isn’t about finding a secret trick or completing questions as fast as possible. The smarter approach is to spend your time on the right survey opportunities, respond when good surveys become available and give researchers the high-quality answers they are looking for. MultiPolls connects users with online surveys from brands, research agencies, public institutions and universities. Rewards vary depending on factors such as the survey’s length, complexity and research requirements. So if you want to make more money taking surveys, here are some of the best ways to improve your experience without trying to game the system. 1. Turn on survey notifications This might be the easiest thing you can do to increase your chances of earning more. Good survey opportunities don’t necessarily stay available all day. Researchers are often looking for a limited number of people, and once they have enough respondents, the survey can close. MultiPolls recommends keeping notifications enabled because they often highlight relevant survey opportunities, and responding quickly can improve your chances of completing more surveys. So when you see a MultiPolls notification and have a few minutes available, it can be worth checking the survey sooner rather than later. More relevant surveys completed = more opportunities to earn rewards. 2. Don’t wait too long to start a good survey Ever opened a survey only to discover that it was already full? It happens. Survey researchers usually need a specific number of respondents. Once that quota has been reached, the survey may become unavailable, even if it looked like a perfect fit when you first saw it. MultiPolls notes that surveys may occasionally be closed, temporarily unavailable or already full. You don’t need to drop everything every time a survey appears, but if you see an opportunity that looks good and you already have time to complete it, starting sooner can be better than coming back hours later. 3. Keep your profile accurate The best paid survey is one that actually matches you. Researchers may be looking for people based on age, location, education, household situation, shopping habits or many other characteristics. That’s why survey availability can vary significantly from person to person. On MultiPolls, the number of available surveys depends partly on your profile, country, demographic details and current demand from research partners. Providing accurate information helps create better matches. And there’s an important second benefit: your answers are less likely to contradict information you provide later inside a survey. Don’t try to build the profile you think researchers want. Build your actual profile. 4. Enable location services Your location can affect which research studies are relevant to you. For example, a researcher looking for opinions from people in Chicago probably doesn’t need responses from someone living in Miami. MultiPolls recommends enabling location services because location information can help improve the relevance and availability of surveys and may therefore contribute to higher overall earnings. That doesn’t mean you will suddenly receive unlimited surveys, but better matching can mean less time spent opening opportunities that aren’t relevant to you. 5. Don’t ignore short surveys A survey doesn’t have to be long to be worth doing. If you only have a few minutes available, completing a short survey can be better than waiting for one large opportunity that may never arrive. MultiPolls specifically recommends staying active, checking the app regularly and trying more short surveys as ways to increase the number of surveys you successfully complete. Think about your earnings over time rather than obsessing over a single survey. A few shorter paid surveys completed throughout the week can add up. 6. Slow down enough to give good answers When people search for ways to make more money with survey apps, one tempting strategy is: Complete more surveys by answering faster. There’s a problem with that. Researchers are paying for genuine opinions and useful data. Racing through surveys without properly reading the questions increases your chances of giving contradictory, inaccurate or meaningless responses. And that can cost you far more than the few minutes you saved. MultiPolls identifies false or inconsistent answers and meaningless or unrelated open-ended responses as examples of behavior that can cause problems with survey validation and, in serious or repeated cases, payouts. You don’t need to overthink every question. Just read it, answer honestly and move on at a natural pace. 7. Don’t try to guess the “right” qualification answers Here’s another common mistake. A survey asks whether you bought a new car during the last year. You didn’t. But you start thinking: Maybe if I say yes, I’ll qualify and get paid. Don’t. Survey screening questions exist because researchers need specific groups of people. Sometimes you simply aren’t the person they’re looking for and that’s normal. MultiPolls explains that being screened out does not necessarily mean you did anything wrong; it can simply mean you aren’t part of the target audience for that particular study. Trying to guess which answer will qualify you can also create inconsistencies later in the survey. The better strategy is to tell the truth and move on if the survey isn’t a match. Another opportunity may fit you much better. 8. Never use a VPN to access more surveys Using a VPN to pretend you’re in another country might sound like a shortcut to finding more surveys for money. It isn’t. Survey researchers often need respondents from specific locations, so hiding or falsifying your location damages the quality of their research. MultiPolls lists VPNs, proxies and other tools that hide a user’s location among the serious or repeated violations that may result in payout problems or account review. If your goal is to earn money taking surveys over the long term, protecting your account is much more valuable than trying to squeeze into one extra survey. 9. Use referrals to increase your MultiPolls earnings Completing paid surveys yourself isn’t the only way to increase your earnings on MultiPolls. The app also has a referral program. You can invite friends through your unique referral link or referral code. When someone you referred successfully completes a client survey, you receive a 10% bonus based on their survey earnings paid by MultiPolls. Their own reward stays exactly the same. That means referrals can add another source of rewards without reducing what your friends earn. If you already enjoy using MultiPolls and know someone who might like getting paid to take surveys, sharing your referral link can make sense for both of you. Bonus: Look beyond surveys when you have time MultiPolls isn’t limited to paid surveys. Users can also earn rewards through games available in the app. Games are free, and rewards can be earned by completing specific conditions such as reaching a certain level or finishing particular tasks. So if there aren’t many relevant surveys available at a particular moment, you may still have other ways to work toward your next cashout. The best way to earn more from survey apps? Play the long game There is no magic trick that turns a paid survey app into unlimited income. And there shouldn’t be. The people who get the best experience from online surveys for money are usually doing the simple things right: Keep notifications turned on. Check new survey opportunities regularly. Respond quickly when a relevant survey appears. Keep profile information accurate. Enable location services for better matching. Complete short surveys when you have a few spare minutes. Read questions carefully. Give honest and consistent answers. Never use VPNs or fake information. Take advantage of legitimate features such as referrals. Most importantly, don’t judge your experience by a single survey. Some days there may be many opportunities. Other days there may be fewer because survey availability depends on your profile, location and what researchers currently need. MultiPolls is designed as a way to earn extra income in your spare time, rather than a replacement for a full-time job. A few minutes while drinking your morning coffee, sitting on the train or relaxing on the couch can become an opportunity to share your opinion and earn rewards. Open MultiPolls, find paid surveys that match you and turn some of your spare time into extra money.

Daily, weekly or occasionally? How Colombians use public transport

For many people, getting around is just part of the daily routine. A bus to work. A metro ride across town. A quick trip to the shops. Or maybe avoiding public transport altogether whenever possible. We recently helped collect responses for a Bohemian Research survey through MultiPolls asking people in Colombia one simple question: “How often do you use public transport?” And for a large share of respondents, the answer was: pretty often. Public transport was a regular part of the week for most respondents More than six in ten respondents said they use public transport every day or several times a week. Breaking that down: 28.4% said they use public transport every day. 32.8% said they use it several times a week. Together, that means 61.2% of respondents were regular public transport users . Interestingly, the most common single answer was actually “occasionally,” selected by 34.2% . Only 4.6% said they never use public transport . So while not everyone depends on buses, trains or other shared transport every day, very few respondents said they avoid it completely. Women were more likely to use public transport every day Daily use was slightly more common among women. 31.1% of women said they use public transport every day , compared with 25.4% of men . Men were also more likely to say they never use it. The answer “never” was selected by 7.5% of men , compared with just 2.8% of women . The 30–44 age group used it most often The most frequent daily users in the survey were respondents aged 30–44 . In this group, 35.3% said they use public transport every day . Daily use was lower among the other age groups: 25.1% among respondents aged 18–29 23.5% among those aged 45–59 22.7% among respondents aged 60 and older So in this survey, people in their thirties and early forties were the most likely to make public transport part of their everyday routine. Younger respondents were also the most likely to say “never” Here’s one of the more surprising findings. Although younger people are often associated with buses, metros and shared transport, respondents aged 18–29 were actually the most likely age group to say they never use public transport . In this group, 10.2% selected “never.” That compares with: 1.6% among respondents aged 30–44 1.2% among respondents aged 45–59 That makes the youngest group stand out at both ends of the spectrum: many used public transport regularly, but they were also the most likely to avoid it altogether. So, how do Colombians in the survey get around? Here are the main numbers: 61.2% used public transport every day or several times a week. 28.4% used it every day. 32.8% used it several times a week. 34.2% used public transport occasionally. Just 4.6% said they never use it. Women were more likely than men to report daily use, while respondents aged 30–44 were the most frequent daily users overall. How often do you use public transport? Every day? Only when you need it? Or almost never? Questions about transport, shopping, technology, relationships, lifestyle and everyday habits are exactly the kind of topics people can answer through MultiPolls. MultiPolls is a paid survey app , so users can share their opinions while earning rewards for taking part. If you’re looking for paid surveys , want to take surveys for money , or simply like sharing your opinion on everyday topics, MultiPolls gives you new survey opportunities directly in the app. Take paid surveys, earn rewards and your answers could help shape one of our next stories. How does cashing out on MultiPolls work? PayPal, Gift cards, and getting paid

The main reason people use paid survey apps is, of course, the opportunity to turn their time into real money. That is why it is important to know not only how much users can earn from individual surveys or other activities, but also how to withdraw money from MultiPolls. Cashout becomes available once a user reaches the minimum withdrawal threshold. The current payout options and required amount are always displayed directly in the user’s MultiPolls account. How to withdraw money from MultiPolls Withdrawing money from MultiPolls is simple. Once users reach the minimum cashout amount, they can see the payout options available for their account and country. They simply choose their preferred payout method and follow the instructions directly in the app. The minimum withdrawal amount is not the same everywhere. It may vary depending on the country, payout method, and currently available options. For this reason, the most accurate information is always the information shown directly in the user’s MultiPolls account. Cashing out via PayPal One of the payout options available on MultiPolls is PayPal. Gift cards and other withdrawal methods are also available in some regions. For example, users in South Korea can use Naver Pay. After requesting a payout via PayPal or Naver Pay, users receive an email from MultiPolls with detailed instructions on how to claim their money. If users have trouble finding the email, we recommend checking the Spam folder and, in Gmail, tabs such as Promotions or Updates. How long does a payout take? Most MultiPolls payouts are processed within a few minutes. In some cases, processing may take up to 48 hours after the payout is confirmed in the app. Some rewards may arrive very quickly, while others may require additional processing time. Why do payout options vary? MultiPolls operates in many countries, and not every payout method is available everywhere. As a result, both the minimum cashout threshold and the availability of gift cards or other withdrawal methods may vary. MultiPolls is also continuously working on adding more ways for users to redeem their rewards. Can a payout be rejected? Payouts are rejected only in exceptional cases, typically when there has been a serious or repeated violation of the platform’s rules or the requirements of research partners. Problematic behavior may include using a VPN or proxy to hide your location, providing false or repeatedly inconsistent answers, or submitting meaningless or irrelevant responses to open-ended questions. The easiest way to avoid payout issues is to use MultiPolls normally and answer surveys honestly and consistently. How much has MultiPolls paid out? As of 2026, MultiPolls has paid more than $20 million to users around the world. Whether users choose PayPal, a gift card, or another available payout method, we always recommend following the latest information shown directly in the app. That is where users can see the payout options currently available for their account.

Would you forgive cheating? Here’s how people in Brazil answered

Some relationship questions don’t have an easy answer. Would you give someone a second chance after cheating? Or would that be the end of the relationship? A recent survey collected through MultiPolls for Bohemian Research put that question to people in Brazil: “Would you forgive cheating?” And for more than half of respondents, the answer was very clear. For 52.4%, cheating would be a deal-breaker More than half of respondents, 52.4%, said they would never forgive cheating. But that doesn’t mean everyone saw the issue in black and white. Another 38.4% said it would depend on the situation, suggesting that context could make a difference for a large group of people. Only 9.2% gave a straightforward “yes” and said they would forgive cheating. So while forgiveness wasn’t the most common response, nearly four in ten respondents still left the door open depending on what happened. Women and men agreed on one thing When it came to saying “never,” women and men were surprisingly close . Among women, 52.8% said they would never forgive cheating . Among men, the figure was 51.5% . The bigger difference appeared among people willing to forgive without conditions. 13.2% of men said yes , compared with 7.2% of women . So although both groups were almost equally likely to see cheating as unforgivable, men were more likely to give an outright second chance. Younger people were the least forgiving The biggest shift in opinions appeared across age groups. Among respondents aged 18–29, 61.2% said they would never forgive cheating — the highest share of any age group in the survey. That figure gradually dropped among older respondents: 50.7% among people aged 30–44 41.3% among people aged 45–59 31.6% among respondents aged 60 and older The 60+ group was relatively small, so that result should be viewed with some caution. Still, the overall pattern in this survey was interesting: younger respondents were more likely to draw a hard line when it came to cheating. Deal-breaker, maybe, or second chance? Here’s how the responses looked overall: 52.4% — Never More than half said they would not forgive cheating. 38.4% — It depends A sizeable group felt the situation and circumstances would matter. 9.2% — Yes Fewer than one in ten said they would forgive cheating. And when age entered the picture, the difference became even more noticeable, with 61.2% of 18–29-year-olds choosing “never.” What would you choose? Relationships, dating, money, technology, shopping, entertainment. Sometimes the simplest questions lead to the most interesting results. That’s what makes answering surveys on MultiPolls fun: you can share your opinion on topics people actually talk about in everyday life and see how your views compare with others. MultiPolls is also a paid survey app, so users can earn rewards while taking part. If you’re looking for paid surveys, want to take surveys for money, or simply enjoy giving your opinion on topics like relationships and dating, you can find new survey opportunities directly in the app. Answer paid surveys, earn rewards and your opinion could help shape one of our next stories. Survey availability on MultiPolls. What affects the number of surveys you see

Do you open MultiPolls and see fewer surveys than you expected? That does not necessarily mean there is anything wrong with your account. The number of available surveys naturally changes over time, and every user may see a different selection at any given moment. It mainly depends on which research projects are currently active and what types of respondents researchers are looking for. Surveys are not available in unlimited numbers MultiPolls connects users with surveys from different research partners. Every research project has its own requirements, target audience, and maximum number of respondents. For example, one survey may only be looking for people who live in a specific country. Another may need parents of young children, owners of a certain type of car, or people who have recently used a particular service. That is why it is simply not possible to show the same number of surveys to every user all the time. What affects the number of surveys you see? Survey availability on MultiPolls can be affected by factors such as: your country, your demographic information, the information in your profile, the current demand from research partners, the number of respondents a particular study still needs. As a result, the number of available surveys can change from one day to another, or even throughout the same day. Am I getting fewer surveys because I’m close to cashing out? This is a common question from our users. The answer is no. MultiPolls does not reduce the number of available surveys based on how much money you have in your account, whether you are close to the minimum cashout threshold, or whether you have just completed your first withdrawal. Your balance and payout status do not affect survey availability. The number of surveys you see changes based on active research projects and the types of respondents research partners are currently looking for. What can I do to get more surveys? The first thing you can do is keep notifications turned on. When a relevant survey becomes available, you can find out about it sooner. Since research projects often need only a limited number of respondents, a survey may no longer be available if you come back later. It also helps to check the app regularly, keep your profile up to date, and use MultiPolls consistently. MultiPolls also recommends trying shorter surveys, especially when there are not many highly relevant opportunities available at that moment. On mobile devices, enabling the correct location permissions may also help, as location can be important when matching users with certain research opportunities. Sometimes you just need to wait The most important thing to remember is that having no surveys available at a particular moment does not mean your account will not receive more opportunities in the future. New research projects are constantly starting and ending. A survey that is not available to you today may be replaced by several new opportunities tomorrow. MultiPolls aims to show users as many relevant surveys as possible, but final availability always also depends on the current demand from researchers.
